  • Pan Wala does not host, upload, store, or copy any audio or video files on its servers.
  • Pan Wala does not provide download functionality for any media content.
  • All streaming occurs directly through embedded YouTube players in compliance with YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
  • The service is provided completely free of charge for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

3. User Conduct

As a user of Pan Wala, you agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the functionality of the site. Specifically, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass, alter, or manipulate the embedded YouTube API player or its controls.
